    The app integrates with WhatsApp to synchronize messages sent to your linked WhatsApp numbers. Users can:
    • Receive messages in our software.

    • Login to our software at SUPPORT-BOARD-URL.
    • Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp and click Synchronize now.
    • Once synchronized, messages sent to the linked WhatsApp number will appear in the software interface.

Messenger and Instagram Integration

  • Permissions Used:
    • pages_show_list + pages_messaging: Lists managed Pages and enables message synchronization for Facebook Pages.
    • business_management + pages_manage_metadata: Allows management of Facebook Pages and message handling.
    • pages_read_engagement: Ensures synchronization of Facebook Business Pages.
    • instagram_manage_messages: Enables handling of Instagram Direct Messages.
    • instagram_basic: Provides access to respond and manage Instagram Business account messages.
  • Integration Steps:
    • Login to our software at SUPPORT-BOARD-URL.
    • Navigate to Settings > Messenger or directly access SUPPORT-BOARD-URL?setting=messenger.
    • Click Synchronize now to link your Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts.
  • Functionality:
    • Messages sent to linked Facebook Pages or Instagram Channels will appear in the software for direct reply.
    • Deleted messages (unsent) on Instagram will automatically be removed from the software.
